About The Role
- Provide administrative support to engineering leadership and team members.
- Maintain and track purchase orders, engineering budgets, and departmental expenses.
- Handle internal and external communication on behalf of the engineering department.
- Support project tracking and status reporting; update project management tools or spreadsheets.
- General day-to-day admin tasks
- Minimum 2 years experience in a admin position
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, whilst maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
