We are looking for a full or part time Veterinary Surgeon join the team at Bradley Stoke. Will you thrive in a bustling hospital environment as part of a largefriendly team?

Our full time role is 40 hours per week, over 4 days (with some early finishes), and participation in our weekend day rota. You will enjoy a varied rota of consulting shifts, operating and in-patient care. We are also keen to speak to part time applicants, and can look at a rota to suit your requirements.
At the Rowe Veterinary Group we appreciate that work-life balance is a priority forour staff and over the last few years have been proactive in creating a positive and supportive work place. We have made several changes to ensure vets are able to take lunch breaks and leave ontime; these include employing twilight vets, removing the last consult of the day, structuring rotas toallow for admin time and driving a culture that challenges, rather than champions, staying beyondyour finish time.

Our team at the hospital is very focused on coaching and development where we have severalvets with further training in this area. We encourage personal development (including fundingcertificates where desired) and are happy to spend time training our vets in hospital work,ultrasound, surgery, dentistry or any area that interests you. We encourage a collaborative workingculture where we share ideas and support each other. Several of our vets have Certificates inmedicine and surgery, whilst others are currently working towards them. We enjoy supporting ournew graduates and have EMS students on a regular basis enabling us to give back to theVeterinary community.
Our tier 3 RCVS accredited hospital provides excellent facilities including digital x-ray, dental x-ray,CT, MRI, ultrasound, endoscopy and more. We pride ourselves on clinical excellence whilst alsoproviding a patient-appropriate, compassionate service for our clients. You would be joining a well established team of 10 other Veterinary Surgeons, a strong, experienced nursing team and a fantastic support team.
As part of the team at Rowe, you will benefit from access to our referral department who offerservices in Medicine, Ophthalmology, Surgery, Oncology, Orthopaedics, Imaging, Neurology andDentistry. We also have our own dedicated and experienced OOH team providing continuity forpatients.
