We are seeking a highly skilled Business & Finance Process Manager to join our team on a six-month engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for investigative work to determine product requirements and specify effective business processes. This role requires a deep understanding of business and finance processes, as well as expertise in S4/HANA implementation and optimisation.

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Business & Finance Process Manager to join our team on a six-month engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for investigative work to determine product requirements and specify effective business processes. This role requires a deep understanding of business and finance processes, as well as expertise in S4/HANA implementation and optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct investigations at a high level for strategy studies, business requirements specifications and feasibility studies
- Analyse current business and finance processes in the areas of supplier tendering, PR and PO creation, and supplier invoicing/receipts etc. to identify areas for improvement.
- Identify stakeholders and their business and operational needs
- Work with the Product Owners to prepare business cases which define benefits, options for achieving these benefits through development of new or changed processes, and associated business risks
- Define and execute business test cases with the test manager and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes
- Train and support the process/system users in the business departments on new processes and systems
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on process improvements and outcomes
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented processes and make necessary adjustments
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or a related field, or equivalent time served in manufacturing/aerospace companies
- Business Analysis experience over a range of IT projects and programmes
- Proven experience in business process management and finance
- Expertise in S4/HANA implementation and optimisation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Project management experience is a plus
