Since establishment the company have seen continuous growth and have welcomed a brand-new workshop facility. Due to further expansion, they are now looking for a cabinet maker to step into a supervisor position.In this varied role, you will be based at the workshop and have a hands-on role assisting with cabinet making. You will also be responsible for overseeing work, prioritizing tasks and ensuring projects are met within time and budget. This would suit someone with Joiner, Cabinet making experience of similar looking to step up into a leadership role for a market leading manufacturer.The Role:

• Overseeing shop floor and supervising a small team.
• Hands on, cabinet making, whilst taking the lead on projects.
• Workshop based, Monday to Friday.

The Person:

• Joiner / Cabinet Maker / Carpenter.
• Looking to step up into a Senior position.
• Commutable to Bristol.
