Electrician - Social Housing

Location: Bristol, South-West, UKSalary: £37,000 - £42,000 per annum (dependent on experience)Contract Type: Temp-to-PermStart Date: ASAP

We are working in partnership with a leading Social Housing provider who is currently looking to recruit a qualified Electrician to join their responsive repairs and planned maintenance team in the Bristol area.

You'll be carrying out electrical repairs, maintenance, testing, and inspection works within occupied and void social housing properties, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards and in line with current regulations.

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
• 2391 Inspection & Testing (or equivalent 2394/2395)
• Valid CSCS/ECS Card
• Full UK Driving Licence - van provided
• Experience working in Social Housing or domestic maintenance preferred
• Strong diagnostic skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team

• Competitive salary of £37,000 - £42,000 per annum
