We are looking for a self-motivated and results driven individual to become a Client Manager within one of core business areas in UK Registry to be a trusted advisor providing proactive account management to our clients.
This requires individuals who are client focussed, with a proven ability to deliver solutions and maintain high standards of quality at all times. The role is Bristol based with the potential to work on a hybrid basis and with some travel required.

A role you will love
As a Client Manager, you'll be the champion for our Depositary Interest clients, forging strong, lasting relationships through proactive communication and acting as the vital link between them and Computershare. You'll be an integral part of our dedicated Issuer Client Service Teams, committed to empowering our clients and their shareholders. Your focus will be on nurturing client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty by guiding them through the industry landscape and the breadth of Computershare's offerings. This involves managing relationships according to agreements, sharing your expertise to provide valuable insights, and identifying opportunities to grow our partnerships. You'll also be at the forefront of contract negotiations and play a key role in the seamless execution of critical client events, all while contributing to our financial goals through effective budget management.
We're looking for a seasoned customer service expert, preferably with a background in a related industry or the financial services sector. You'll bring a wealth of experience in account management and strategic planning, underpinned by a solid understanding of product portfolios and Service Level Agreements. Your exceptional numerical abilities and strategic foresight, combined with your project management skills, will be crucial in this role. Above all, you'll have an unwavering customer-centric approach and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service. Your proactive problem-solving skills and initiative will be key to achieving success. Excellent communication skills are paramount, along with strong commercial awareness, including experience in financial forecasting and profit & loss management. While not a requirement, any prior experience in leading and developing teams would be a valuable asset.

- Be the primary point of contact and strategic partner for Depositary Interest clients.
- Proactively develop client accounts through effective communication and relationship building.
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of key client events like AGMs and Corporate Actions.
- Identify and implement opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to enhance client value.
- Contribute to financial targets through budget management, accurate invoicing, and cost control.
