We have a great opportunity to expand our Knovia Learning and Development function and appoint an experienced Learning and Development Partner to work with the Chief Quality and Curriculum Officer and lead our training and development function across the group.
Position:
Location: Remote with occasional national travel
Salary: Up to £50,000 (DOE)
Contract Type: Permanent - Full time (36.5 hours per week)
As a L&D Partner for Knovia, you will lead on the succession planning for colleagues and be integral to the success of bespoke training programmes and encourage outstanding teaching and learning. You will use your passion and drive to empower colleagues to develop with the continuous rejuvenation of our professional development activities and learning and development hub enabling all colleagues to deliver optimum performance.

Role Responsible
- Responsible for the creation and roll out of range of customised and bespoke learning and development programmes across entire Knovia Group
- Use own toolkit of resources to enhance the existing learning and development provision
- Lead on the planning and delivery of corporate inductions, ensuring resources are regularly updated to reflect business changes
- Be integral in the digital transformation of our internal learning and development journey
- Develop and fulfil our learning and development strategy, project managing key initiatives
- Work with key stakeholders to identify training and development needs and trends across the business
- Develop and undertake skills analysis to identify skills gaps and risks across the business
- Provide effective line management to team members, including regular one-to-ones, performance reviews, support with professional development, and ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Develop engaging, impactful and successful training programmes, taking into consideration individual learning styles and accessibility needs
- Monitor the progress and completion of internal delivery of qualifications and mandatory training
What We Need From You...
- Grade A-C GCSE in English and Maths or equivalent
- CIPD Level 5 qualification Learning and Development
- Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training
- Extensive experience in a Learning and Development role within a HR/People Team
- Experience of building training courses and coming equipped with own toolkit of resources
- Confident using learning technology to develop engaging training programmes on a national scale
- Comfortable in working remotely, and independently achieving targets without close supervision
- Experience of the collection of data and information, both qualitative and quantitative, to analyse learning needs, implement effective delivery and measure outcomes and impact
