Job Title: Air Conditioning Engineer Location: Bristol Salary: £37k - £43k

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Air Conditioning Engineer to join our client's growing team. This is a mobile role, covering a range of commercial client sites across the South West.

You'll play a vital role in delivering both PPM's and reactive repairs, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operation of air conditioning systems for a broad portfolio of commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on air conditioning systems, including split units, VRV/VRF systems, and chillers.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and carry out fault diagnosis and repairs.
• Deliver work in line with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and company procedures.
• Maintain accurate digital service reports and records.
• Communicate effectively with clients on-site and coordinate with internal teams for scheduling and support.
• Represent the company professionally and maintain high standards of service delivery.

Requirements

• Relevant qualifications in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent).
• Valid F-Gas (Category 1) certification.
• Proven experience in commercial HVAC servicing and maintenance.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Based in or willing to travel throughout the Midlands.
