Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve Sales Targets: Drive reservations, contract exchanges, and completions in line with company targets.
- Customer Experience: Guide customers through the sales journey, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from initial contact to handover.
- Sales Process: Maintain accurate sales records, follow up on leads, and ensure timely progression of sales.
- Sales Area Presentation: Ensure show homes and sales areas are kept clean, welcoming, and ready to impress.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with local market trends and use insights to maximise sales opportunities.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other sales team members, marketing, and external agents to close deals and meet targets.
- Experience in new home sales or a proven track record in sales.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of the conveyancing and mortgage application processes is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Proficient in using sales systems and Microsoft Office.
