What We Expect

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Lift Service, Repair & Callout Engineer to join our South West division based in Bristol, who will be responsible for servicing, repairing and maintaining our clients' elevators across their region.

As a Lift Service, Repair & Callout Engineer, your day to day will include:

• Repairing or replacing customer lifts
• Servicing and maintaining customer lifts
• Carrying out safety checks and risk assessments
• Planning and managing workload around assigned jobs
• Responding to emergency breakdowns as directed, identify and rectify faults and report any concerns to the Area Service & Repair Manager
• Maintaining stock and ordering supplies through our supply chain
• Recommending parts and equipment that need to be quoted or ordered to keep the lifts compliant
• Out of hours work on a pro rata basis
  
  

Who we are looking for

• NVQ3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent qualifications
• Hold a full UK Driving License and able to travel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to use your initiative and work well with others
• Positive attitude and receptive to change
• Extremely organised
• Superior customer-care skills
• The ability to self-assess and take ownership of personal development
• An advocate for H&S regulations in the workplace
