Site Manager - #1741639

Our client is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Site Manager for a refit project in Bristol which will run till November.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, schedules, and specifications.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor and enforce health & safety regulations, conducting risk assessments and ensuring all workers adhere to HSE guidelines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry.
• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) qualification is essential.
• Valid CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card.
• First Aid at Work certification (preferred).
• Strong understanding of health & safety regulations and compliance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
