We are currently looking for a dynamic and driven Area Sales Manager to join our expanding sales team and help drive continued business growth in South Wales and the Cotswolds. The Role:

As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and growing sales of our products through strong customer relationships.
  • Executing the commercial strategy in line with company goals and vision.
  • Identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities across multiple sales channels.
  • Staying up to date with industry trends, products, and competitor activity.
  • Consistently achieving sales targets and KPIs set for your region.
  • Providing exceptional support and service to existing customers.
  • Coordinating and delivering marketing campaigns as required.

Territory Coverage:

Bath | Bristol | Cardiff | Gloucester | Hereford | Llandrindod Wells | Newport | Oxford | Salisbury | Swansea | Swindon | Worcester

What We Offer:

Requirements:

Essential

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales management.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Highly goal-oriented with a proactive, professional approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Preferable

  • Experience working towards ambitious objectives with a strong sense of initiative.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to high-quality service.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with natural leadership qualities.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Contacts within electrical distribution/ wholesalers, contractors, constructors and installers with knowledge of achieving specified product inclusion on projects.
  • Legal ability to travel within Europe.
  • Willingness to travel and stay overnight when necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
