We're Hiring: Customer Success & Retention Partner | South West England & Wales | OTE £60K

As a key member of our Customer Relations team, you’ll help shape how we retain and grow customer relationships between and around Cardiff, Bristol and Exeter.

Please note: this is a field-based role and may require up to two overnight stays per week.

What you’ll do:

• Own and revive high-risk customer accounts
• Uncover insights that help us serve better
• Collaborate across teams to drive smarter decisions
• Deliver value, not just solutions
• Spot opportunities to grow accounts, not just save them
• Be a trusted face of Safetykleen on the ground.
  
  

The package:

• £35,000 - £40,000 - OTE approx. £60,000 per annum.
