THE OPPORTUNITY
Seeking a Systems Engineer to support a defence programme, focusing on requirements, system design, integration, and V&V. You’ll work with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure system development, qualification, and compliance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and manage system and subsystem requirements (DOORS essential).
- Define architecture, interfaces, and functional behavior.
- Conduct trade studies and system design analysis.
- Develop and execute verification plans, tests, and certification evidence.
- Maintain technical documentation and support design reviews.
- Systems Engineering experience in defence/aerospace.
- Proficiency in requirements management and V&V.
- Understanding of systems architecture and safety standards (e.g., MIL-STD, Def Stan).
- Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.
