An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part time (8 PA's) locum Consultant in Paediatric Allergy to join our UHBW team. We are seeking an enthusiastic, passionate and dynamic individual who will enhance our established team of Consultants. You will take part in the outpatient and day case workload of the department and play a vital role in the delivery of healthcare for Children and Young People across North Somerset, Bristol and South Gloucestershire. We are looking for a colleague who is driven, enthusiastic and adaptable to join our team. Being a flexible team-player is essential.
The team delivers a comprehensive secondary and tertiary allergy services across the portfolio of atopic disease including food allergy, aeroallergens and immunotherapy, some oral immunotherapy, drug and venom allergy. We have comprehensive links with allied teams including dermatology, ENT respirology and gastroenterology.
The outpatient clinics will be held across our UHBW region, with outpatient outreach clinics at Southmead Hospital (NBT), Bristol Royal Hospital for Children (BRHC), Weston-Super-Mare Hospital (WGH) and South Bristol Community Hospital (SBCH).
