Talented People Solutions are delighted to be recruiting a Field Engineer on behalf of our growing client in the vending and coffee machine industry! This is a field-based role covering Bristol and the surrounding areas, ideal for someone who thrives on the road and is passionate about delivering excellent technical support and customer service.

About the Role of a Field Service Engineer:You’ll be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and breakdown support of a range of vending and coffee machines installed across commercial sites. You’ll be the face of the company, ensuring customers receive a prompt and professional service.

Key Details:

• Shifts: Monday to Friday + 1 Saturday per month
• Salary: Competitive, with potential flexibility depending on experience
• Travel: Fully field-based with company van provided

Responsibilities of the Field Service Engineer:

• Carry out reactive maintenance and repairs on vending and coffee machines.
• Diagnose issues and perform comprehensive fault resolution on-site.
• Accurately report and document each job (arrival, departure, and customer confirmation)
• Manage van stock and tools, including ordering, receipting, and returning parts.

What We’re Looking for in a Field Service Engineer:

• Previous experience repairing vending machines, coffee machines, or similar commercial equipment (e.g. white goods, catering appliances)
• A full UK driving licence
• A proactive, customer-focused attitude
• Strong fault-finding and technical skills
