We have a fantastic opportunity for a client focused individual with previous administrative experience within the Employee Benefits or Financial Services sector to join a high-performing and expanding team.
Whilst previous relevant experience would be advantageous we are also willing to consider applications from recent Graduates who are able to demonstrate a genuine interest in securing a role within the Employee Benefits/Financial Services sector.
This role will be based in either our Glasgow or Bristol offices and is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Global Benefits Management (GBM) allows multinational organisations to manage their insured employee benefits around the world more effectively. The Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB) global GBM solution delivers everything clients need when it comes to local broking renewals, global co-ordination, technology, governance and consulting.
The purpose of the role is to provide operational support in respect of the management of a GBM solution, the associated insured employee benefits and any ad hoc tasks to internal and external parties.
This position would suit an individual who has shown exceptionally strong organisational and co-ordination skills, has a good grasp of insured employee benefits, is comfortable working within a client-facing role and would thrive in a position where the culture is very collaborative.

We will count on you to:
- Support the implementation and ongoing management of GBM appointments and maintain client satisfaction, ensuring key activities are completed and internal / external parties are aligned
- Ensure GBM Rules of the Road (governance document) are adhered to by local brokers
- Provide renewal directions / compile project timelines for local brokers and clients
- Outline data / reporting expectations to local brokers and clients
- Maintain internal policy tracking and inventory platforms and support with the management of benefit platforms, where required
- Peer review tasks completed by Centre of Excellence and send deliverables to clients
- Support with sales opportunities and demonstration of our policy tracking and inventory platforms
- Previous experience in the Employee Benefits or Financial Services sectors, working with multinationals
- Proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience in process building, best practices and/or efficiency projects
- Strong oral, written communication and presentation skills
- Good analytical skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work within a global team environment
- Strong self-starter, fast learner, quality conscious and committed to deadlines
- Strong teamwork skills combined with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge/experience in global and/or regional insured employee benefits or other employee benefits Account Management
- Experience managing benefit renewals in conjunction with Flexible Benefits platform providers
- Language skills are a plus and highly desired, but not essential
