Project Manager - #1736150

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of cut and carve projects, specifically the conversion of commercial buildings into student accommodation. You'll oversee all phases of the project, ensuring timely, on-budget, and high-quality completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage structural alterations and refurbishment works.

• Lead project teams from pre-construction to handover.

• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and client teams.

• Maintain control over programme, cost, and quality.

• Ensure site compliance with H&S and building regs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing cut and carve / commercial-to-residential projects.

• Strong understanding of refurbishment sequencing and structural works.

• SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
