I am hiring for Organizational Design Specialist - HR Transformation
Location: Bristol - Hybrid /2-3 days Per week in office
- Proven experience in organizational design, restructures, and business transformation.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including trade union engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work autonomously and in small, agile teams.
- Flexibility and resilience in navigating complex, uncertain environments.
- Experience in shared services and broad HR functions.
