Quality Engineer Manufacturing
Location: St George, Bristol
Salary: £40,000 £50,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop the companys ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 quality management systems
- Conduct internal and supplier audits, ensuring actions are implemented and tracked
- Manage supplier quality performance and oversee root cause analysis and resolution
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across quality processes and compliance
- Apply structured problem-solving tools such as 8D, Pareto, and fishbone diagrams
- Oversee and report on quality KPIs, supporting the wider manufacturing operation
- Proven experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing or engineering environment
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001, with experience managing QMS and audits
- Hands-on experience with PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) and APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning)
- Familiarity with supplier development and non-conformance resolution
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence across departments
- Analytical thinker with a structured approach to root cause investigation and resolution
