With deep sector knowledge and a sharp commercial edge, they guide major change programmes and technology initiatives that shape the future of energy, utilities, and beyond.

Theyre looking for a Senior Business Analyst with a proven background in delivering transformation projects within the energy sector. This is a hands-on role that will see you advising on complex business problems, bridging the gap between technology and operations, and driving impactful solutions across major change initiatives.

Your Key Responsibilities As a Senior Business Analyst

• Lead business analysis across full project lifecycles (Agile and Waterfall), from scoping to execution.
• Translate business goals into clear, actionable technology and operational solutions.
• Drive strategic planning, roadmaps, and MVP launches across client programmes.
• Manage workstreams or teams to deliver targeted, high-value outcomes.
• Bring insight into industry shifts from AI, IoT, and digital marketplaces to emerging partnership ecosystems.
  
  

Youll bring the following experience as a Senior Business Analyst:

• Previous consulting or in-house experience delivering business/technology change in the energy & utilities sector.
• Experience operating in global delivery environments, working across distributed teams.
• Strong appreciation of business-technical alignment, with the ability to navigate between the two.
• Solid understanding of emerging industry trends and the digital disruption shaping the sector.
• Strong communication skills, able to lead conversations with senior stakeholders and build long-term client relationships.
