Here’s What You’ll Need:

• Supportability Logistics Management within a high-pressure delivery focussed environment.


• Focal point for Customer Relationship Management, effectively managing the contractor and customer interface.


• Familiar with obsolescence management and drivers, techniques, and application.


• Good understating of Supply Chain Management principles.


• Understanding of demand forecasting techniques.


• Implement performance measurement, performance management regimes and dashboard creation reporting.


• Knowledge of undertaking internal audits.


• Identify, staff, and deliver opportunities to improve support across the end-to-end support chain.


• Familiar with MoD policy and the Defence Equipment Lifecycle process (CADMID).


• Manage and lead multi-disciplined teams and individuals.


• Knowledge of Defence Logistics Framework policy.

• Consultancy focus with the ability to influence and shape thoughts and opinions.


• Able to identify wider client requirements for future business opportunities.


• Experience working in an industry high-profile Tier 1, Prime or subcontractor organisation or from working within MOD.

• Excellent inter-personal skills that engender and sustain relationships.


• Capacity to deal with multi-dimensional complex issues.


• Embrace a safe delivery-focussed culture.


• IT skills (such as, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).


• Understanding of data extraction, data analysis and modelling techniques. 


• Strong ethical bearing. 
  Flexibility to apply skills to different environments.

Expected Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum of RQF Level 3, Level 5 preferred, in a relevant subject or 5 years’ experience within In Service Support Management


• Evidence of specialist In Service Support Management qualifications (includes SCM, PM, Risk, Business Analysis or Audit)


• Demonstrable experience of track record in successful In-Service Support Management delivery

• Either currently cleared to SC level or able to gain it (Amentum can sponsor).
