Job Description
The Job Mission
We are looking for a driven individual to support commercial delivery on high-value projects.This role is essential to ensuring financial control and smooth project operations.Your future team will support major nuclear missions from our Bristol office.
️ Manage the order book including creation, tracking and task order acceptance️ Reconcile hours and expenses to support accurate monthly invoicing️ Monitor project costs and support adherence to budgetary controls️ Maintain and update cash flow forecasts and aged debt tracking️ Ensure project teams have correct booking codes and system access️ Support reporting to NNB Project Controls Manager and flag risks️ Assist in budget planning and commercial forecasting activities️ Collaborate with teams to drive timely and efficient project delivery
This role is based in Aztec West in Bristol, working on a hybrid basis (3 days per week in the office).
QualificationsEssential Skills
Minimum 5 GCSEs (A–C), including English and Maths Experience in project support, coordination, or administration Strong Excel and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency High level of organisational and multitasking ability Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong numerical skills and attention to financial detail Comfortable working in hybrid project delivery environments Team-oriented with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset
Desired Skills
Degree in business, finance, or STEM discipline Knowledge of NEC3 contracts or nuclear consultancy projects Familiarity with CEMAR or similar project management systems Experience with project controls tools or methods (e.g. EVM, PMQ) Strong commercial awareness in a technical project context
