Senior Recruitment Consultant | Global Deep Tech & Space Talent Partner

We don’t do transactional recruitment. We partner with pioneering companies solving some of humanity’s biggest challenges – from lunar robotics to satellite AI, climate tech to defense innovation. And we’re looking for someone who shares our passion for building long-term relationships, not just filling roles.

What You’ll Do:

• Own your vertical and client relationships end-to-end


• Drive business development across new and existing accounts


• Source and engage hard-to-find talent across the space, defense, and deep tech markets


• Run a full 360 recruitment desk – from intake calls to offer negotiations


• Collaborate with founders, hiring managers, and internal TA teams


• Represent EVONA on global projects and at industry events

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2-3 years’ 360 recruitment experience (tech, engineering, or science markets preferred)


• A proven record of success in contingent or retained search


• Confidence in client meetings and a consultative, commercial mindset


• Someone who can balance autonomy with collaboration


• Drive to be part of a high-growth, high-energy team
