We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to become a valued member of our dynamic team within the UK Support Function (UKSF).
Salary: Circa £32,000 depending on experience
Location: Bristol (with flexibility to travel to other UK sites and the Poland office)
Dynamic (hybrid) working: Working 2-3 days a week onsite with a flexible/blended approach to office and remote working.
Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship. Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.

The opportunity:

Working as a Business Support Specialist (BSS) in a friendly and supportive team, you will undertake specific responsibilities to support, prioritise and coordinate effective and efficient technical administrative support to MBDA's Land Ceptor project based at our Bristol site.
The Role (this is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities)
Generate and maintain a close working relationship with internal and external stakeholders
Collation, distribution and management of general review outputs / actions / observations to include Project Management meetings, working groups, etc. for Polish projects
Document control/maintenance/reporting: Working with the domains internal and external stakeholders to collate material and to be accountable for ensuring key documentation is available, accurate and up to date to include, but not limited to:
Maintenance of registers, equipment lists, milestones, governance action trackers, etc.
Generation of export and security forms for consignee undertakings, security approval updates etc.
Creation and maintenance of the document transmittal and export control detailed process map
Understand fully the process and policies in regards to security/export requirements within the domain and provide local expertise for Polish projects
Supporting and facilitating events and meetings (internal/external) for Polish projects
Poland documentation shipping and export and intangible transfers (taking account of security restrictions, export restrictions, infrastructure restrictions, consignment restrictions).
Maintaining Poland programmes change request record
Poland security briefing scheduling and monitoring
To be a key member within the UK Support Function and participate in engagement activities
Sharing best practice and knowledge within the UK Support Function and offering guidance and training to team members
Participation and progress on UK Support Function personal development initiatives – to be accountable for own self-learning and development
Discretion and confidentiality to be maintained
Any other adhoc technical administration duties
