Private Surgical Hospital – Bristol

Salary: £60,000 to £70,000 per annum + Bonus | Full Time, On-Site

As the Nurse Manager (or someone eligible to become one), you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the hospital, ensuring clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. This is a hands-on, strategic leadership role ideal for a candidate with a strong background in private healthcare, particularly surgical services (not essential).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the hospital’s operations and drive continued excellence in patient care.
• Oversee CQC compliance and regulatory standards.
• Develop and grow services, specialties, and business partnerships.
• Manage finance, HR, facilities, and service delivery across departments.
• Inspire and lead a high-performing clinical and non-clinical team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in senior management within a private hospital / clinic setting
• Strong background in business development and service growth.
• Solid understanding of CQC requirements and healthcare governance.
• A confident leader with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Existing CQC Registration is desirable but not essential.
