We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Administrator to join our dynamic sales team in the Bristol office. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, assisting the sales team in engaging with a high volume of partners through calls and emails.

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Administrator to join our dynamic sales team in the Bristol office. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, assisting the sales team in engaging with a high volume of partners through calls and emails.
What You'll Be Doing
- Communicating with partners to share updates, ensure policy compliance, and maintain strong relationships.
- Supporting the sales team with admin tasks, inbox management, and tracking key actions.
- Maintaining accurate partner data and records in CRM systems.
- Collaborating with the wider team to align priorities and meet deadlines.
- Assisting with sales reporting and dashboards to support decision-making.
- Identifying ways to streamline processes and improve team efficiency.
- Previous experience in a sales support or admin role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear, professional communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Strong time management with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics).
