Your Role

We are looking for talented Sous Chef who are available to cover ongoing assignments within Rosette, Michelin Restaurants. The perfect candidate will be experienced with South African cuisine.

This will be a temporary to permanent role.

• Be confident working all sections of the kitchen as required


• Be passionate and creative but most importantly learn from other talented chefs


• Be a team player and give it your all

The perfect Candidate will be looking to progress from a temporary role to permanent staff.
