Are you a hands-on individual with a passion for working in a fast-paced production environment? Paragon is currently looking for a dedicated Production Operative to join our team in Bristol. You’ll play a vital role in our production operations, helping us meet client demands and ensuring timely and accurate dispatch.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Setting up and operating enclosing machines to meet daily production requirements.

• Following client-specific instructions and job work orders.

• Managing machine processes, stock levels, and workload planning to maximise output.

• Ensuring quality control and adherence to company checks and procedures.

• Reporting machine faults, print quality concerns, or stock issues to management.

About You:

• Comfortable working in a shift-based role, including nights.

• Able to follow instructions and work independently.

• Mechanically minded with a proactive approach to production work.

• Focused on quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
