• Cleaning outdoor furniture / painting when required (yearly)


• Escort duties for external contractors – when required


• Single item furniture moves


• Replacement of fire extinguishers when required


• Removal and storage of locker clothing when required


• Communal area tidy-up


• Red bag disposal

• Be able to speak & understand English


• Work flexibly in line with business requirements


• Undertake a range of manual cleaning duties


• Follow proper procedures and challenge unsafe behaviour


• Be positive and proud of doing a great job


• Share knowledge and experience with team members


• Have 5 years of UK residency


• Possess a full driving licence
