This role is ideal for a property professional with strong negotiation skills, a sharp eye for value, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out accurate property valuations using market insights and property-specific data.
Lead negotiations, securing favourable terms while maintaining professionalism.
Communicate clearly with clients, providing guidance and updates throughout the process.
Maintain detailed records of valuations and negotiations.
Work collaboratively with team members to enhance service delivery.
Stay up to date on market trends and industry developments.
Use multilingual skills to effectively serve a diverse client base.
What Youll Bring
Proven experience in property valuation and negotiation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Multilingual capabilities is highly desirable.
