Robert Half are supporting a law firm based in Clifton, who are looking for a conveyancing assistant to join the team on a temp to perm basis.

Temp to Perm Role

Start Date: 19th May

Location: Clifton

Salary: £12.50ph - £13.33ph

Office Based: 5 days per week

Responsibilities

• Manage diaries, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
• Take accurate meeting minutes and distribute action points promptly.
• Conduct legal research and compile documentation for board meetings.
• Provide general administrative support to the legal team.
• Transcribe dictation
• Answering phone calls

• Experience using MS Office

• Paralegal Experience
