- Responsibilities**
- Lead the site team in delivering a safety-first culture
- Drive safety compliance through the effective implementation of the facility Health & Safety Plan, Environmental Management Plan, and Quality Manual in line with associated accreditations
- Focus on ensuring safety, predictability, reliability, and availability at the forefront of all decisions
- Take ownership of the site's Profit & Loss, prepare an annual budget, and manage expenditures
- Requirements**
- Extensive people management experience within a large technical department/region at the senior level is essential
- Knowledge and experience from a power, O&G, Biomass or energy/waste background is essential
- Power generation experience
