Job Title: Caretaker/Maintenance Personnel for Schools in Clevedon
Pay: £13.26 per Hour
Location: Various sites (ongoing Temporary Assignments)

We are seeking experienced, dependable caretakers to join our team of temporary staff, working in schools around the Clevedon area . An enhanced DBS is required for this role.

As a Caretaker/Maintenance Personnel, your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

• General maintenance and cleaning of facilities


• Ensuring the premises meet health and safety standards
  


• Managing maintenance supplies and equipment


• Responding to and addressing any maintenance issues promptly

• Enhanced DBS certificate


• Passport or National ID card


• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill)


• National Insurance number (e.g., recent payslip)


• Bank details for payments
