Are you an experienced and creative Marketing Manager ready to lead and grow a purposeful brand, comfortable working both hands-on and strategically to support business growth?
Little Green Rooms is a people-first business that builds beautifully crafted and high-quality garden rooms in Bristol. Since our founding, we’ve built a reputation for sustainable design, quality craftsmanship, and exceptional customer care. We're looking for someone who thrives on taking a strategic lead, mentoring others, and delivering the end-to-end marketing strategy - blending digital, social, print, web and SEO, to generate high-quality leads, drive brand awareness, and maximise visits to our new showroom.
About the role
As our Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for shaping and delivering our marketing strategy and performance across the Little Green Rooms, as well as supporting our new sister brand, WorkRoom, in implementing cohesive marketing initiatives across the LGR group. You’ll manage and mentor a small team, lead on campaign delivery, and ensure our brand shines at every touchpoint. You’ll report directly into the Senior Leadership Team, working closely with Sales, Design and Operations. This is a hands-on leadership role, translating business objectives into measurable marketing plans, managing budgets and agencies and ensuring a consistent premium brand experience across every touchpoint. Some of your key responsibilities include;
- Develop and implement a unified marketing roadmap aligned to revenue targets, product launches and brand positioning
- Identify market trends and competitive opportunities to shape expansion into new territories
- Oversee paid search (PPC), paid social, display and re-marketing campaigns to drive high-intent traffic and minimise CPA
- Monitor ROI, CTR, engagement rate, cost per lead/showroom visit and cost per acquisition; optimise continuously
- Shape and support LGR’s social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and emerging platforms
- Lead brochure production, sales handouts, price builds and local advertising
- Create on-brand copy and oversee photography/videography for print assets
- Ensure the LGR website is secure, fast and user-friendly; drive continuous improvements in UX/CRO
- Maintain and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Conversion API, GA4, GTM and CRM integrations
- Build dashboards and deliver monthly performance reports to the leadership team, turning data into actionable recommendations
- Lead, mentor and grow an in-house marketing team
- Manage third-party agencies and freelancers (creative, media buying, SEO) to ensure quality and ROI
No two days are the same and you’ll have the space to shape how marketing looks and feels across our growing group of companies.
About you
- A natural team leader with experience line managing or mentoring others, ideally within a high-growth brand
- Experienced in delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns, ideally within a purpose-led, creative or product-based business
- Proficient across digital marketing platforms, analytics, and content production tools (Adobe Creative Suite, GA4, Zoho, Wordpress)
- Strong analytical mindset: comfortable with GA4, CRM data, campaign metrics and reporting tools
- Excellent copywriting and creative direction skills, with hands-on experience in Adobe
- Strong communicator with a creative eye for design, copy and content
- Proactive attitude that brings drive, energy and passion to the role
- Promotes a culture of inclusivity
- Passionate about social and environmental issues
