- Collaborate with the wider team and recruitment partners to provide a seamless service to our clients
- Participate in internal projects, including potential involvement in EOR-related marketing activity
What We're Looking For
Customer-facing experience: Minimum 2 years in a client-facing or telephone-based role
Strong communication skills: Clear, professional, and personable in both verbal and written formats
Detail-oriented: Accuracy is key, especially when reviewing contracts and payroll-related documentation
Team spirit: A collaborative mindset, willingness to learn, and positive energy are essential
Education: Degree or equivalent professional experience
Bonus points for:
- Exposure to HR, payroll, or international employment (not essential)
- Marketing experience or an interest in helping promote our EOR solutions
What We Offer
- Full training in EOR, global payroll, and international HR best practices
- A collaborative, dynamic team with strong camaraderie
- Opportunity to help shape a growing function within a fast-moving business
