The Role

We’re looking for a customer-facing, enthusiastic, and intuitive individual to join our growing EOR and Global Payroll team. This is a hybrid role, ideal for someone who thrives in a supportive, close-knit team environment and is excited to grow their career in the global HR services space.

As an EOR and Global Payroll Advisor, you’ll play a key role in providing exceptional client support, identifying needs and opportunities, and contributing to the wider success of our business. You’ll be trained in the technical aspects of EOR, global payroll, and HR compliance, so previous experience in these areas is not essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, delivering high-quality support via phone, video calls, and email

  • Build strong relationships and anticipate client needs with a proactive, consultative approach

  • Support the creation and checking of employment contracts, pricing proposals, and payroll documentation

  • Collaborate with the wider team and recruitment partners to provide a seamless service to our clients

  • Participate in internal projects, including potential involvement in EOR-related marketing activity

What We're Looking For

  • Customer-facing experience: Minimum 2 years in a client-facing or telephone-based role

  • Strong communication skills: Clear, professional, and personable in both verbal and written formats

  • Detail-oriented: Accuracy is key, especially when reviewing contracts and payroll-related documentation

  • Team spirit: A collaborative mindset, willingness to learn, and positive energy are essential

  • Education: Degree or equivalent professional experience

Bonus points for:

  • Exposure to HR, payroll, or international employment (not essential)

  • Marketing experience or an interest in helping promote our EOR solutions

What We Offer

  • Full training in EOR, global payroll, and international HR best practices

  • A collaborative, dynamic team with strong camaraderie

  • Opportunity to help shape a growing function within a fast-moving business

  • Flexible working environment with hybrid arrangements
