Engineering Administrator - #1714005

Based Thornbury, Bristol and working for one of the largest retail organisations in the UK, this temporary to permanent contract after 12 weeks probation is a great way to advance your career.

Working hours are 40hrs per week, start and finish times to be discussed, £13.76 per hour, with an immediate start! This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.

As an engineering administrator you will be:

• Completing legal requirements for IMS7 Audit


• Stock checks


• Updating spread sheets


• Data input on the workshop computer system


• Entering work Orders and assigning engineering tasks


• Filing


• Checking work orders


• Engineering administration.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ideally experience in a busy transport environment or a strong administrative background.


• Strong organisational and time management skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Basic computer literacy (e.g., MS Office)
