We are looking for a reliable and well-organised Administrator/Receptionist to join our team in Yate on a temporary basis for 2-3 months. This full-time role involves a mix of front-desk reception duties and general administrative support to help ensure the smooth running of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming visitors and handling incoming calls professionally
• Managing emails, filing, and data entry
• Scheduling appointments and maintaining records
• Supporting other departments with day-to-day admin tasks
• Supporting the HR and finance Teams with administration

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
