Key Responsibilities:
- Safely replace gas and electricity meters in customers’ homes, adhering to all health & safety procedures and industry regulations.
- Provide first-class after-care service, including full demonstrations to customers on using their new meters.
- Repair and maintain meters after initial installation.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Dual Fuel Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of gas and electrical systems.
- A professional, customer-focused approach.
- Level 2 diploma in Smart Metering.
- Valid certifications: MET1, CMA1/CCN1
- MOCOPA desirable
- Full UK driving license.
