We're on the lookout for a proactive, qualified engineer to cover the Oxford, Reading & Swindon areas – someone who thrives on solving problems, delivering quality service, and enjoys the freedom of a field-based role.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Reactive & planned maintenance of HVAC systems in a range of commercial environments

• Diagnosing faults, conducting repairs and performing minor installs

• Working on splits, VRV/VRF, DX systems, chillers, and heat pumps

• Managing your own schedule across the M4 corridor with full support from our dedicated back-office team

What You’ll Need:

• NVQ or equivalent in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (apprentice trained? Even better!)

• Solid experience in HVAC/reactive & PPM work

• Full UK Driving Licence

• A self-motivated, reliable approach and strong time management

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
