  • Create visually appealing templates, videos and other communication materials using design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe).
  • Assist with the planning and executing both internal and external events, including comms webinars, student engagement activities, industry panels, and more.
  • Track and report on communication performance metrics; make data-informed adjustments to improve impact.
  • Produce monthly communications reports featuring key insights, statistics, and dashboards.
  • Stay informed on communications trends, best practices, and sector developments.

Qualifications

Key Skills and Attributes:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities, adaptable across touchpoints and audiences.
  • Confident in simplifying complex messages into compelling, clear narratives for both internal and external messages.
  • Collaborative mindset, with experience working across multiple teams and time zones.
  • Visual and brand awareness, with experience using design tools.
  • Proactive, organised, and able to meet tight deadlines while managing multiple projects in fast paced business.
  • Commercial awareness and and ability to understand socio-economic & political landscapes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a communications role.
  • Previous exposure to senior executives and high-level stakeholders.
  • Experience with communications platforms, including PR tools, social media schedulers, CMS, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong data mindset — using metrics and insights to shape communication strategies.
  • International mindset and willingness to travel as needed.
  • Experience within a global organisation or in the tech, hospitality, or investment sectors is advantageous.
