Retrofit Assessor -Bristol - #1711793

TSA surveying are working in partnership with a Building Consultancy who are currently looking for Retrofit Assessors to carry out assessments on social housing contracts in Bristol.As a Retrofit Assessor, you will use a tablet to record the condition of various social housing properties including EPC, condition, occupancy and ventilation. About the Role:

• Ongoing work.
• Price per survey basis.
• All surveys are carried out on asset management software – Training and induction provided.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assessing the remaining lifespan of key components, such as kitchens and bathrooms.
• Evaluating the exterior condition of the properties.
• Cavity survey using borescope.
• Loft survey.
• Identify defects, wear and tear, and potential hazards.
• Inspect various aspects of the property, including insulation, heating systems and other energy related features.

Ideal Candidates:

• Experience in stock condition surveying or related fields.
• Ability to work efficiently using technology (tablets).
• Experience in energy.
• at least a year experience within retrofit.
• Qualified Retrofit Assessor
