Role profile
Osborne Clarke are seeking an EUC Solutions Engineer (Windows 11) to join our IT End User Compute team in our Bristol office.
This role will play a crucial part in our Windows 11 migration project, acting as a specialist supporting the deployment across 3,000 Lenovo laptops and ensuring a smooth transition for our users.
This is a 6 month fixed-term contract position offering hybrid working.
The role
The EUC Solutions Engineer will be a key member of the End User Compute team, promoting collaboration, team working, and innovation. This role will involve imaging and configuring Lenovo laptops, providing hands-on support to end-users, and troubleshooting common issues related to applications, profiles, and hardware compatibility.
Other Key Responsibilities Include
Rollout & Deployment: Participating in imaging and configuration of Lenovo laptops for Windows 11 deployment. Supporting the scheduling and execution of device migrations across business departments. Assisting in maintaining rollout documentation and asset tracking.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Providing hands-on support to end-users during and after migration. Troubleshooting common issues related to applications, profiles, and hardware compatibility. Escalating complex technical problems to the engineering or vendor support teams where necessary.
Systems & Tools: Using Microsoft InTune and SCCM for device management and deployment automation. Supporting configuration and issue resolution related to zScaler and endpoint security tools.
Collaboration & Reporting: Working within a wider EUC and infrastructure team, ensuring alignment with project timelines and standards. Providing regular progress updates, contributing to team meetings, and supporting continuous improvement of the migration approach.

We Are Looking For
- Strong working knowledge of Windows 11 in enterprise environments.
- Experience with Microsoft InTune, SCCM, and device imaging/deployment.
- Familiarity with zScaler or similar cloud security platforms.
- Excellent customer service mindset – calm, clear communicator and supportive under pressure.
- Methodical and process-driven, with attention to detail.
- Experience working in large-scale rollout projects.
- Basic scripting or automation experience (PowerShell desirable).
- Familiarity with ITIL framework (certification a plus but not essential).
- Previous experience in a professional or corporate services IT environment.
