• Oversee the development and implementation of SEND provision

• Coordinate EHCP processes, reviews and documentation

• Work with staff to ensure high-quality, inclusive classroom practice

• Provide training and support to teachers and support staff

• Maintain strong relationships with families and external agencies

• A qualified teacher with the NASENCO qualification (or willingness to complete it)

• Experience working with students with a range of needs

• Excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills
