Your Role:

Oversee the development and implementation of SEND provision

Coordinate EHCP processes, reviews and documentation

Work with staff to ensure high-quality, inclusive classroom practice

Provide training and support to teachers and support staff

Maintain strong relationships with families and external agencies
What They’re Looking For:

A qualified teacher with the NASENCO qualification (or willingness to complete it)

Experience working with students with a range of needs

Excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills

A deep commitment to inclusion, safeguarding and outcomes for all learners
