Job Title – Short Let Property Manager 

Location – BS8 

Salary – £25k – £28k DOE 

Our clients are a independent residential lettings and management company located in Bristol are looking for a Property Manager to join their team.

The Role:

– Liaising with tenants, contractors, and landlords to foster positive relationships and ensure effective communication.

– Addressing maintenance issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring properties are well-maintained and tenants are satisfied.

– Conducting routine inspections to ensure properties meet the required standards and identifying any areas for improvement.

– Managing check-outs, ensuring a seamless process for departing tenants and preparing properties for new occupants.

– Overseeing safety compliance, ensuring all properties adhere to the latest regulations and standards.

The ideal candidate:

– At least 2 years s experience within a similar role

– A full UK driving licence and access to a car

– Up to date with current legislation

– A problem solver with a ‘CAN DO’ attitude

The Company can offer

Monday to Friday working hours, 9am – 5pm and a competitive salary package up to £28,000 basic as well as a fun and friendly working environment. 28 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays extra day holiday per year of service  Yearly trip (usually abroad)
