The Role:

• Full life-cycle / 360 recruitment position


• Clients: Identifying business partnership opportunities, cold calling, B2B sales, lead generation, relationship development, and securing new clients


• Candidates: Managing job vacancies from clients, advertising roles, conducting interviews, and overseeing candidate management


• Project Management: Managing the end-to-end recruitment process

• Progression to management, leadership and director-level roles from trainee


• Exceptional earning potential through uncapped commission (10-40% of everything you invoice) - six figures earnings possible no matter what your background is
