What you'll do

In this role, you'll:

  • Work with colleagues across our Energy and Infrastructure sector to support developers, investors, utilities, IPPs, and community energy organisations with renewable energy projects, and to support businesses helping to deliver the energy transition, including manufacturers, O&M providers, early stage companies and service providers to the sector.
  • Undertake a broad range of corporate work, including M&A, joint ventures, strategic investments, re-organisations, corporate structuring and governance.
  • Have the opportunity to develop and grow specialist knowledge in the Energy and Sustainability sectors.
  • Benefit from the right balance of responsibility and independence, from the outset, to work confidently with your own transactions and client relationships combined with the support and supervision from senior colleagues to enable you to continue developing your skills and knowledge as you to progress.

What we're looking for

We're seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and brings:

  • 2+ years PQE as a Corporate Solicitor, seeking to accelerate your career and professional development with more direct responsibility and interaction with clients focussed on the Energy sector.
  • Experience of working on energy and/or sustainability projects, including any of renewable energy, energy transition, grid infrastructure, heat networks, or natural capital projects
  • A desire to help to contribute towards net zero and sustainability goals
  • Passion for innovation, collaboration, and achieving great things together.
