Electrical Fitter

Up to £14.50 per hour + overtime, BS16, 28 days holiday, bonus after qualifying period, Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 16:00, temp to perm

This successful and expanding company in Bristol are looking for an electrical fitter, auto electrician, or vehicle electrician and will report into a team leader.

Key tasks for the electrical fitter, auto electrician, or vehicle electrician include

• the wiring, modification and fitting of electrical systems


• wiring additional features to commercial vehicles


• Following drawings and schematics


• working in a production/workshop environment reporting to a team leader..


• The ability to be flexible and undertake basic mechanical fitting tasks, using hand & power tools and working in a team environment are required as well


• Should be capable of using their initiative to complete tasks unsupervised

The electrical fitter, auto electrician, or vehicle electrician role requires

• A background of working on vehicles, knowledge of the motor industry or similar types of automotive or electrical fitting in production and workshop environments for this position.


• The ideal candidate could have City & Guilds or NVQ or equivalent qualifications in Auto electrical or a related industry or similar discipline however time served experience is also suitable.


• Able to work to deadlines and complete neccasary paperwork.


• A current driving licence is preferred but not essential.

This successful and expanding company in Bristol are looking for an electrical fitter, auto electrician, or vehicle electrician to operate in their workshop in a small but friendly team.
