• Consultancy Experience - Proven track record in cost management within a consultancy setting.




• JCT & NEC3 Expertise - Strong knowledge of these contracts to drive project success.




• Cost Management Skills - Experience in feasibility studies, cost planning, and pre/post-contract work.




• Client-Focused - Excellent communication and client management skills, ensuring the best outcomes for all stakeholders.
