As they continue to expand their specialist categories, we’re now recruiting for an Endodontic Territory Manager to help drive the growth of their Endodontic portfolio across practices, groups, and hospitals.
The Role:
In this role, you’ll act as a product expert and trusted advisor to dental professionals, working alongside an experienced UK field sales team. You’ll receive full support and training to transition into a commercial role, using your clinical and practice experience to educate customers and grow market share in a key product category.
Key responsibilities include:
- Promoting a premium range of Endodontic materials and equipment
- Supporting sales consultants in the field through training, co-travel, and meetings
- Building strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and local clinical champions
- Coordinating product evaluations and gathering feedback from clinicians
- Attending local and national dental events, exhibitions, and study clubs
- Collaborating on new product launches and market campaigns
Who We're Looking For:
Dental Nurses, Treatment Coordinators, or Practice Managers with a passion for products and patient care- Individuals with strong communication skills who are confident presenting to others
- People who enjoy building relationships and influencing clinical decisions
- Self-starters who are motivated by personal development and career growth
- Prior sales experience is a bonus - but not essential.
